Liverpool Film Night Awards 2008
Active Profile played an instrumental role in the organisation of the inaugural Liverpool Film Night Awards, at the end of 2008. All eyes were on Merseyside’s movie making talent as over 200 guests attended the prestigious event, sponsored by Atlantic Chambers at FACT, (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology).
Knowledge Edge Breakfast
Launched in 2009, Active Profile organised the first of a series of Knowledge Edge Breakfasts at the University of Liverpool Management School, welcoming Miles Eddowes, director of Innovation Acceleration, Unilever Research & Development. The Knowledge Edge Series brings together senior level executives together to think side by side.
Striding out
Active Profile organises themed monthly networking sessions and workshops for young entrepreneurs as the dedicated marketing and PR agency for Striding Out in Liverpool, a project funded by Liverpool Vision. Events have included the “007 Licence to be Creative event” held at the Sony Store in Liverpool ONE, and “Business Trends for 2009” held at the Mandarin Chinese Restaurant, coinciding with the Chinese New Year.
